Cabella & Sons Srls with registered office in Via Arena 16\/5, 20123 Milan, VAT no. 13040200969 (hereinafter, the “Owner”), owner of the website www.cabella-and-sons.com (hereinafter, the “Site”), as the Data Controller of the personal data of Users who browse and who are, if applicable, also subscribed to the Site (hereinafter, also only the “Users” or “Interested Parties”) provides below the privacy policy pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 2016\/679 (hereinafter, also just “Regulation” or “Applicable Legislation” or “GDPR”).<\/p>
This Site and any services offered through it are restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older.<\/p>
Users’ personal data will be processed by the Controller for the following purposes:<\/p>

The data may, in addition, be disclosed to the Internal Revenue Service and\/or other public authorities where required by law or at their request.
